These Terms govern your use of datapulse.skop.com and any datasets or related services delivered by SKOP, Inc. ("SKOP", "we"), a Delaware corporation with its registered office at 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.

DataPulse is currently a request-and-validation site for upcoming e-commerce and public-data datasets. Submitting a form places you on a list to be contacted; it does not create a contract for data delivery. Pricing shown on the site is informational and may change until you receive a written quote from us.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. If you submit on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You agree not to (a) submit false or misleading information, (b) attempt to circumvent rate limits or bot protection, (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, (d) use the site for anything unlawful, or (e) resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data you receive from us except as permitted by a separate written license.

The DataPulse and SKOP names, logos, and site content are owned by SKOP and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. Third-party names referenced on the site (e.g., Amazon, Temu, Zillow, LinkedIn, Bright Data) are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive and comparative purposes only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Datasets we describe are derived from publicly accessible sources. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any data we deliver complies with applicable laws (including data-protection, competition, and intellectual-property law) and with the terms of service of the underlying source. The site and any pre-launch information are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific dataset will be made available on any particular timeline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKOP's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) the amount you have paid SKOP in the prior twelve (12) months. SKOP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
