Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-04-27

1. Who we are

DataPulse is operated by SKOP, Inc. ("SKOP", "we", "us"), a Delaware corporation. Our registered office is 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808. You can reach us at skopintelligence@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the access-request or custom-request form, we collect: your email, name, company (optional), the dataset slug or description you're asking about, your stated use case, volume, role, and timeline. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string for abuse prevention.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or session replay on this site.

3. How we use it

We use submission data to (a) follow up on your request, (b) gauge demand for specific datasets, (c) prevent abuse and rate-limit automated submissions, and (d) comply with legal obligations.

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL hosted on AWS in the United States). Access to the database is restricted to SKOP personnel with a service-role credential.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) under their respective data-processing terms.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission at any time by emailing skopintelligence@gmail.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA / CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — we do neither.

7. Children

DataPulse is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
