DataPulse datasets are built from publicly accessible pages on the source sites listed below. We do not bypass logins, paywalls, or technical access controls, and we do not collect non-public personal information.

Our collection follows a few guardrails: respect robots-level directives where present, throttle requests to avoid impacting site performance, and exclude obvious personal data (private profiles, authenticated content, contact details outside public business listings).

Datasets are licensed for the buyer's internal analytics, product, and ML use unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Buyers are responsible for ensuring their downstream use complies with applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and the terms of service of the underlying source) and any sector-specific rules that apply to them.
